How to Raise a Complaint With Us

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Refundsellection Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Refundsellection Septic went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Refundsellection Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@refundsellection.shop and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
